Baltia is in the certification process with the FAA.
Baltia has purchased an airplane and it has been painted and gone through a heavy check for its preparedness for service.
Baltia has new offices at JFK that it is setting up for operation.
Baltia has maintained its route authority with the DOT.
These things are widely held as truths, and once again, I suggest that you simply give them a call - it is far more direct, and then you may be able to make some statements here based upon your direct discussion with them. It escapes me why you refuse to talk to the source.
