Thanks for the link, I had not seen that. Other units, the compitition have a 2 year warranty, 30 day money back, no restocking fee. I did have to return one for a funny electric smell, they replaced it with the newest version (they make running improvements ) all with a phone call and they sent a prepaid mailing label to return it with. In my opinion it is that kind of customer service that is needed to be successful in the long run. How much faith can one put in a return policy that ends with saying your claim will either be denied or charged 10% to return for credit or exchange???
