yes...im more worried about the 2's than the 1's. Last time I saw, there was over 1.2B on the 2's, and that was prior to no bid. It's going to get ugly when that mill gets approved lol

Absolutely - happens all the time.

I'm in a stock that goes from no-bid to 1 to 2 to 1 to no-bid etc.
