I noted this as well. Probably someone who is spooked by the no bid situation. I noted that they had more on the open then went down and then up again. They had a lot of 2s at the ask recently so probably someone just moved it down to the 1s based on the no bid. They seem to not play games so it is unusual

What has me concerned is that it is so close to DRMS decision time and someone is dumping a whole lot of shares. There is definately a reason for the dumping. Do they know something we don't?
