I hope so too, I'd really hate to sell @ a 40% loss. I'd also really hate to wait 3 months for an 8-k officiating the merge details. As new as I am in all this, from my understanding, we already got the 8-k dealing with a chairman swap. Now we need one specifying the merge. Looking at the track record of 8-k and 8-kA filing, we could be waiting a while. I hope not.
