I am sure time will find that TEMN was dropped by EA and VP because they could not comply with the terms of the purchase.

Specifically the usual bioler-plate states something that quarantees a clean, unhindered shell.

Was TEMN a clean unhindered shell?

There are other requirements for NASDAQ listing including specific
numbers of years with certain amounts of revenues and market cap.
A $5.00 stock price alone would not get AAAA or anyone else on
the NASDAQ.
