Anyone looking for Seamus Lagan??? He's up to his old tricks. Another Pyramid scam penny stock pump-and-dump company: Medytox Solutions, Inc. Website: www.medytoxsolutionsinc.com/ He, as the unlisted COO and de-facto shot caller is defrauding investors, Insurance companies and US Healthcare providers. He thinks that like all his other scams...he will skate because it’s a "white-collar crime" and he is hiding out in Northern Ireland. What he doesn't realize and will soon find out is "Health-care Fraud" is being treated as a real crime in the United States., or that the UK & US have an extradition treaty. As I write; The FBI, US Attorney, Office of Inspector General, IRS and U.S. State Department are all investigating his crooked ass!! He has been hiding out in Northern Ireland on his family farm and running the show for this Palm Beach Florida Company from there. Why? Because in September 2011 he was stopped in Newark New Jersey by ICE and detained because he was working in the US as COO of this company and doing so without a TN visa. (He has since also moved over $250,000 from that company offshore without paying US income taxes) He was turned around and sent back home to Ireland after they notice him coming and going far too often and that along with wires in excess of $10,000…flags went up) ICE discovered company documents and checks showing him as a controlling person in that company.
