Good morning we had a beautiful weekend in New Orleans …… you asked about institutional holders in Avalon. It is rare to find institutional holders in these sub-pennies, but Avalon has a few.
In my DD I found Benchmark Capital Advisors holding a small position, but think, one of their principals holds a larger position as reported in the SG13 reports filed. I can not find anywhere they have reported selling. That person held a 6.6% position at one time and now has reported their position is less than 5%, more than likely their reduced position was a result of dilution.
Based on etrade, Marmite Capital AG also holds a position and their IFM Marmite Exploration and Mining also reported as having a position.
We also know based on SEC filings that L’Avenir Finanz AG and Lawewa International hold positions.
In the SG13 filings you will also find that one of Avalon’s advisors held a position greater than 5% but has reported that position is now less than 5%, again more likely reduced by dilution.
