Is this information the same as the lawsuit you started against Williams? The one with no court, name, or case number but really exists? Please post the Release number and Date of the SEC action when/if this action ever really takes place.

Considering that the SEC is very secretive about sharing any information with anyone, yet alone confirming on denying the existence of a pending investigation. How did you come across this information yourself?
