No , you're ill informed . You're comparing ACTC to CBAI to different companies . Only thing they have in common is the R/S and you know what happened with that .
Was it JMJ or the companies borrowing the money and not being able to track the shares ? I think it might have been poor judgement on those companies that relied on dilution .
