The thing about treasure salvage is the value of the investor base....in my experience....treasure investors are a high quality investor pool and except for the day traders who only have loyalty to themselves....rarely take legal action...derivative action suits etc... And the fact that they are investing in a business where frankly I have yet to see turn a profit...supports the logic they have above average investment capability when a real solid business plan comes along...especially if it includes enhancing the treasure venture they are in.....not many treasure companies..lots of light manufacturing ones....I could go on....1 of 3 potential merger areas....don't see doing it for the chance of striking it rich in treasure...but the riches these companies continually find in the checkbooks of investors is well known....plus the distressed pps of all of these companies makes it attractive.
All of this is IMHO

Where did you get this from?

EVDR will have several million dollars to invest in merger from sale of ASCC.

Last I heard, they will only get the shares back that they paid for ASCC.
