low vol is a good sign on a conversion day. Lately, Seaside has been more active toward the end of the day. We'll see....

There is a block bid of 105,000 shares at 70 cents, you would think that if they were anxious to sell they would have hit that by now.

I was explained that every second Wednesday Seaside can sell $400,000 worth of stock (up until mid May). If they don't sell all the $400,000 after the two weeks are up must they then hang onto to the rest of the $400,000 or can they sell what they didn't sell of that amount at any time in the future.

So if by mid May when all the slices of $400,000 have been only PARTIALLY sold off,... it is possible that they can be selling for another period of time to finalize ALL selling.
