Technically the auction never took place, it was cancelled.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, as set forth in the Bid
Procedures Order, in the event a higher or better bid was timely received an auction
would be held on March 21, 2012 (the “Auction”).

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that no higher or better bids were
received by the Bid Deadline and as such the Debtors have canceled the Auction.

and time the sale hearing (the “Sale Hearing”) will be held before the Honorable Martin
Glenn, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern
District of New York, at One Bowling Green, New York, New York. Any obligations of
the Debtors set forth in the APA that are intended to be performed prior to the Sale
Hearing and/or entry of the Sale Order pursuant to the APA are authorized as set forth
herein and are fully enforceable as of the date of entry of this order. Please take notice
that: the Sale Hearing may be adjourned without further notice other than by
announcement in open Court or on the Court’s calendar.
