Because the company screwed up big time and our shares are locked, untradeable, and basically worthless at this point.

Dont get me wrong, I'm not trying to be negative, I hope for the sake of every investor here that we get some kind of answers and results, but we are left in the dark, with shares worth no value, for now at least
