Is QSGI in any other lawsuit other than with IBM that they would be in court for in June? If they are in the discovery stage how could they already have a court date set? Not the lawyer type so a little confused.
It seems that QSGI and the judge stated that by 4/2 they need to and will produce what IBM is looking for. I guess the lawsuit is still a go now?
Now would be a great time for QSGI to inform shareholders what is all going on.
