It [SNPK] came out of no where and traded tremendous volume last week and continues to trade that way.

Stockegg has a lot to learn about penny stocks. This one was very carefully groomed for its shot at becoming a major pumpadump. Doing that takes a lot of SEC filings and a good deal of time. Its initial S-1 was filed in September 2009, and went through ten amendments before being declared effective by the SEC in January 2011.

And it only began trading in early March of this year.

SNPK didn't "come out of nowhere". The people behind it went to a lot of trouble and expense, making SEC filings, paying lawyers and accountants, setting up Panamanian nominee companies, and much more.
