Wow nice! Im reading about Consorteum holdings now. Looks like they picked up Media Exchange Group's media assets at the time of the merger. I wouldnt be surprised to see them nab Atrinsic's.

Buck - Did you see this?!?

Read Consortum's latest 10q

Scroll 1/2 way down:

"Although each of our subsidiaries has its own specific market focus and has developed its own business plans, they all share a common theme that has at its core, the delivery of digital media across diverse payment transactional platforms that are rapidly converging due to advances in smart phone mobile technology. MEXI, when formed will become our third subsidiary and will operate the digital media and publishing part of our business. Consorteum Inc. will transition its operations and current initiatives under the MEXI corporate structure once formed."

For those who are lost:

Goldfarb had a relationship with Media Exchange Group in June where he was brought in as a director to spearhead an acquistion by Intellicell. Once the merger was complete he left.

Consorteum stepped in and purchased MEG's media assets prior to the merger.

Consorteum is forming a third subsidarty for digital media and publishing It started with MEG, will finish with Atrinsic.

I see two things on the flow chart:

1) They want to develop their digital media and publishing and have already acquired MEG
2) They want to develop online gaming and have acquired NO ONE. What does Atrinsic own? Gatorarcade, etc.
