And the settlement terms will likely be disgorgement of the $9 million +- in pipe financing, plus a civil fine of $9 million +-, plus pre-judgement interest, probably in the neighborhood of about $200K+-, an injunction barring all defendants from future violations of security laws, and a 5-10 year public company director ban against JB & RB. That's a pretty standard settlement in this kind of thing.
