I have talked to Jay Miller out of the compliance dept 3 times, who BTW is looking after SAPX

this has been applied for already, and only waits for todays deadline to expire

Not unlikely at all. The extension, which is going to happen whether you like it or not, grants more time to A) complete financing for Neuromancer, which Im sure some of the AS increase will be used for. B) Release the DMX album and start raking in profits. C)Start production on Neuromancer and Winter Queen, both of which have potential to be box office hits. D) Acquire more talent for the music side of the business. Just so much going on here.
