It would be great to know what/who this technology plans to competee against and what the differentiators are that makes it better. It would also be great to hear how a seven person "company" plans to fund such competition.

Thank you for your inquiry. Nunchi is a technology development in progress.(As is the microOS, and encryption) As such, we can seek licensing customers and development partners at any time.(Howdy Doody time was real; Fred's idea of "seeking", is sitting by the phone and waiting for someone to call him.) As I've indicated on multiple occasions, we are actively pursuing potential licensees and development partners.( I envision some kid, outside the parking lot with a sandwich board..or, chasing cars at the Apple parking lot, going HEY!...HEY-HEY!...HEY-HEY-HEY!) Any information regarding our progress will be released through official Company communications. (In other words..don't call us; we'll call you.Please don't bother me; I'm watching the phone.)

Fred has no fire in his belly...he's happy just sitting and collecting, as evidenced by his sales record over 12 years +; the man, IMHO, is a complete zero...BOD, which really bears the responsability for this mess, must be the same way, as they have settled for this situation.

Once upon a time, I think they had good employees, who did produce...those days are fairly gone now....

If a favorable ruling does come about, I don't see the benefit going to the shareholders, as much as I would foresee the BOD and management taking care of themselves first...JMHO.

Its such a pathetic kabuki theater to have Fred bsing to try to explain what there are no tangible nonechi results by now imo. "NuCNhi" is ALMOST trademarked except that EDIG cannot describe it to the USPTO in enough detail to be granted a trademark at this time!
