Realistically its probably going to be late June or July for a Real move up, then better than that in Oct. These pink sheet start up companies, thrive on new investors and sometimes the "things will be great in the future" stories to constantly feed the money machine for the dilution necessary for their growth and existance. It's their only way to survive for now, APPEARENTLY ?
