I wouldn't say today's low dollar investment is necessarily bad either. I was just refuting the notion that the 82 (now over 100) million shares traded was necessarily a good thing. I would, however, submit that incessant dumping of hundreds of millions of shares AT THE BID is a bad thing as it hammers the PPS and destroys potential shareholder's confidence.
