the fact they had 140 pages ready to go to the Sec ( pages which i seen physically sitting there) shows they have progressed quite far. unfortunately that issue with the shell set things back. You bring a good point that they may be very close to the move or some other big news. thats a more reasonable reason why they would be quiet rather than waiting on technicals. Although remember Chef Jon did say to a shareholder a few weeks back why should we put news out when the stock is being bought heavy. Mabe they do look at technicals a bit too
