The company (and the few board members that are left) knows they need a new CEO. the current one is not neurologically intact and cannot function properly. I'm sure there will be legal battles from people on all sides over control of the company, and that is why if there isn't a new CEO named VERY SOON, this will go belly up and we will all be licking our wounds and looking for a different investment.
