Interesting that in one of HQNT's last SEC filings,

...an NT 10-Q/A Notification of Late Filing [1], Cohn lists a phone number that apparently traces to his home address [2] (the home and property that constituted part of his claimed net worth in excess of $7M). This is the real estate that Cohn then allegedly transferred to his wife in April of 2005 for no consideration, in part prompting HQNT's former attorney James Connors to allege "fraudulent conveyance of assets" [3]. Wouldn't you think that Cohn would use HQNT's Vienna, VA headquarters number for the company's SEC filings? Failure to do so seems only to lend further credence to Connors' Supplemental Memorandum claim that, "The Cohns are the only known current employees, directors, and officers of [H-Quotient and the Standard Holdings Group]" [4]. Perhaps Cohn and Cohn found it useful to keep the office for show, but much preferred to work in their bathrobes.
