I do believe that there have been many opportunities to sell, no one is holding us against our will.

This says it all. Anyone doubting what the company has accomplished or has been stating to shareholders publicly has nobody else to blame but themselves. The last several weeks have been the second "golden" opportunity in 18 months for shareholders to end their misery presumably at a profit or small loss if they don't believe the company is capable or being forthright about completing the JV or sale of ADL.
