JOHAN, that's the part that perplexes and troubles me.
Is it a harbinger of problems going forward with the rs and uplisting?

Uplisting was never in the proxy. The proxy was fixed to reduce the AS in the same ratio as the RS. However there was mentions of uplisting to the NASDAQ in the last 8K filing and even the last conference Gary was at last week.

The plan is simple... Get on the NASDAQ, finish the trails through phase 3. Market the first approved stem cell usage for Blindness. Cure Millions starting a new phase in evolution for health care. 3-5 year time frame.
