While you are looking at www.regulations.gov look at Baltia's request for extension of dormancy...notice their cash position was $285,000.00 and as of their last SEC filing it was $39,000.00. Baltia's cash position has decreased significantly. Also I noticed they are showing Long Term Debt of $964,000.00, what was that from?
