if they indeed did go private and then have a IPO on NASDAQ, what do you reasonably consider would happen to the current shares and their holders; warrents, dividend stock (happened to me with a Canadian stock...)?
if they do what they have recently stated i don't see why this would be in the offing. the chairman is forecasting millions in revenues and dr. tate on last video spent considerable time on planned marketing hires.
