Truly sorry Jim, the last part of that post was not directed at you...I try not to do that but it happens sometimes I guess.

Several posters here have been adamant that the 2011 10k will be completed on or before 4/2. I tried to refute with the relevant facts in a previous post but nobody wanted to hear it. Some even went so far as to say the company has told them the 10k would be done on or before 4/2! You can imagine my disbelief...10 business days left until then.

Thing is Jim at some point if they want to cash in they have to become a fully reporting company. I mean why else become a public company unless you are just in it to use other people money and then just screw them. If they are going to be public then go legit and file on time and quit the BS Mickey Mouse games. If they wish to continue to be viewed as either not knowing wtf they are doing and possible crooks then by all means continue right ahead forever acting that way. This has gone on way to long and if they are serious then it gets done as they reported it would be and not indefinitely!
