In order to issue 71 million shares to Lenfest TEVE had to up the OS from 49,000,000 to at least 220,000,000 shares outstanding. Note the 71 million are not restricted.The 111 million he owns should also allow him to have a majority stake. Hence the doubling of the amount of shares he owns is probably now the OS.
