They have not done anything illegal up to this point as far as we know and that would be illegal insider information to give them the heads up before releasing the information to the public. These guys (Arcadia execs) don't seem like the Enron type that don't mind going to jail for money. I still think they will do things the right way.
if you read all the 10qs and 10k they clearly wanted to sell services and keep pharmacy. i believe they couldnt find a buyer willing to pay what services was worth so they came up with a new plan to sell pharmacy and keep services.
you have to ask yourself... why would they sell both businesses and be left with nothing? they clearly wanted to keep pharmacy so the plan was never to sell both businesses. selling pharmacy tells me that they are keeping services. if you read it thoroughly its all there. its just going to take time.
remember we are on the pinks now so there isnt much visability until news is announced.
