I would hope future planes would be newer. The planes they have now are already old

Regarding the 1st plane, I can't belive BLTA didn't exercise the proper 'Due Dilligence' when purchasing this plane. With all the 'Consultants' they use, I would have expected someone to tell them it needed too much work. Seems like a total waste of money.
