There is no dispute that the BK law trumps contract law. I even said that 1. What we need to go by is the POR 2. BK law only multiple times the past few weeks. The argument is the dude claims the perspectus is invalid and I ask him to proof it. I dont know if its valid or not I am still trying to research.
Heck if he knows 100% just give me a starting point to research. If yo uhave no proof just give me a page number in the POR. He could not do it and we got into two other details which busted his integrity...anyhow, wish him well and I do agree he has some good info but just some are disputed like anyone elses....no harm done...go figure devil
