You missed my point - it's not that Tivus doesn't have a chance at getting some market share. It's that Tivus is not the one-of-a-kind revolutionary product that they make themselves out to be.

Yet even posting the fact that Roomlinx provides the equipment for free and has the same ad-insertion revenue-generation model - the two things that supposedly make Tivus "unique" and "one of a kind" - people on here are claiming that they still have a product that is somehow different than what is already out there.

I'm not saying they won't make some money - I'm just saying it's not the revolutionary system it's made out to be, and that since similar products already have a LOT more of the market share (and are already generating a lot more revenue), it's going to be an uphill climb.

Maybe you have more faith in Shiva than I do...all I know is up to this point he's been hanging his stockholders out to dry in order to try to make it through one installation. I have no doubt he will do the same when the next installation comes along. Revenue from 1400 rooms is not going to pay for installation of another 1400 - it's just not.
