haha yeah the math is not completely correct but the ballpark is... at least we know now we have a profitable segment that is growing and cutting costs. its just going to take time. patience everyone.

the refinance annonued in 2009 came like 6 days before it was due. To met news can hit any day. I view this as the calming before the storm.
