You hit the nail on the head Kimble. Dean Janes is fooling people with no background in radiology into thinking that is a 3D image.
I'm not a radiologist but 2 of my relatives are and they have seen the MoneyTV demo that Dean showed the public. They did not see the private demo. However, when they saw the public demo on MoneyTV the first question was "where is the real-time part?" The second comment was "that is post-processed 3D". That's coming from 2 radiologists. I keep them informed on the current situation and they look forward to performing peer review in a journal if Dean has the guts to put his fake device out there.
Don't criticize those who went to the open house for what they saw. I think Dean was holding back in his prior demos and he gave them the real thing. For those who didn't go, you can only speculate about what happened. As a famous doctor once said, "If you didn't go, you don't know".
