Believe you missed my point.

A PR from the CEO summarizing the results or prognosis of his recent 8 week cross country jaunt would hardly be considered fluff.

Lifting the cone of silence would be good.

Leaving the cone of silence in place sends a clear message that Howard wasted a ton of money on his 8 week trip. That is BIG BAD NEWS IMO.
