Yeah I would say Oando and ERHC are competitors, not friends. If Oando does a deal with ERHC it will probably be an Exile type deal where the existing shareholders of ERHC do not do too well. I don't believe Offor would go for it after he and Ntephe were already upstaged and embarrassed by Oando once.
