yesterday i had a big dream, ok let give you to you, #1 my shares of B^C sold for $19, my shares of S!R! sold for $5, then i was happy very happy and putting my proffit into ANTS and other cheap stocks what could be touch above a dollar, living in a big house with my 4 daughter and my 3 wife, black hair, blowder and chinese... gahahahaah

ok. let's assume:

- 300 million o/s
- 6 million $ debt
- 30 million $ deal
- 10% bonus deducted from deal
- 10% charge for legal fees deducted from deal
- 10% charge deducted from deal for litigation settlement

based on these liberal assumptions, $15 million remains from the deal, which translates to:

$15 million / 300 million shares = $.05 per share.
