Thanks, alot of groups out there negotiating rates and banks love to do it since they lend that money out 9 fold. Agreed the rates will happen but as you said much lower. With all the oil and gold Iraq will be producing certainly $1+ is justifiable.

Seems like a scam to me. If the dinar happens to rv it will be accepted at any bank that deals with currency BofA,Chase, etc....
