UTX axes Hamilton Sundstrand and wind business to fund GR deal

Not a complete axe of HS as UTX has kept the high value core pieces of HS --- aerospace/power generation. With the purchase of Goodrich, UTX now has a monopoly like position in both aerospace power (HS) and landing gear systems (GR).
