What has changed with the money issue? Nothing bad. They still have the same cash as a week ago, a onto ago for all we know. The thing that has changed is the CEO said they will not be diluting to fund mass production. The are getting other funding non dilutive. That sounds like a good thing to me.
Also, there are restrictions on Mike's stock, which I am sure you know but are not acknowledging because you want cheap shares. He can't sell for at least a few more months.
