There was absolutely nothing illegal done here; don't confuse unethical with illegal. These promoters have been in existence for years and make sure they follow the letter of the law otherwise they wouldn't continue operating. The SEC really doesn't care SNPK or any other penny stock that trades in unusual volumes. Even if they did, they simply don't have the manpower or resources to do anything about it.
