I don't think mike moved out per say,, I think he just took a step back... does not mean he will not receive the same compensation.. I think he realized he was getting in the way... and maybe that most didn't trust him....

Tom taking over as CEO IMO is just one more step towards turning this into a LEGIT company for many people...
