Chris, really? 2000? We never discussed this very ancient (unrelated to Indocan) history here? No one seemed too concerned when the Hockey Stick 2009 JRB train took off and this "finra check" was already sitting there for 9 years at that time. Why is it an issue today? PS, it's a 1996 matter, no less, that was addressed in 2000 after KA was long gone from that company. He never even had to pay the fine! If you want any details, I remember when it happened. Being completely blown way out of proportion here. If it had relevance, I'd chime in, but boy how it certainly does not.

Technically speaking IDCN update: IDCN continues to show signs of activity. The bid is beginning to build now. Many investors are continuing to average down there investment. With the departure of JRB I would expect a strong relief rally.

Further Question. Wouldn't the whole "LOI Contract" debacle to name just one example qualify for a violation of that Court Order?
