Rback...It looks to me like they are only filling at the ask. You might get a fill on a sell by splitting the B/A but for buys they are holding firm on the ask.

I tried splitting it and it just sat there. When I moved to the ask I got it and that is the way MSEP typically trades, I just thought I would give it a try and no luck. GLTY
