IMO, the best part of this PR is the idea of possible funding offers. But everything's just potential at this point.

Yes, Nothing is set in stone, but having financing offers already in place is HUGE! that means there will NOT be a need to dilute! IMO

Patents can take years and years. I would be interested to know what the actual percentage of products go to market with a finalized patent. As long as the patent is filed for and pending, it is safe. Most products have "patent pending"
