what was the 'trial' on March 5th? I was not aware of a 'trial'? there was an Oral Arguement which is publically available for anyone who cares to listen (Fed database) - but as for a 'trial' I am wholly unaware of those proceedings ever taking place. I am still clueless as I remain compltetly unaware of SmartMetric ever having been involved in a 'trial'. I am aware of Markman ie JJN and the 18th of May 2011 and the escalation based on her opinion not in favor of (on 2 points)for SmartMetric and the subsequent Oral A'gmt post the filing of Blue, Red then Grey Brief but I am still CLUELESS as to any trial of any related matters.... maybe I am, as my Father suggests, an idiot!
