The wording has been used "highly profitable" in their press releases. Am sure that the sale will be several million dollars. Everything I have read gives me every indication this will be a profitable sale and will result in a much higher pps. Based on my background in the manufacturing business which directly correlated to the construction industry, I am guessing that the are making a 30 percent gross net per year on 7 million dollars in sales. Should easily get three times gross net per year, the sale should be 6 million plus. Unless there is some huge amount of debt that is not normal, doubt that is the case.
